"Wow just worn my first pair of Newton racing flats for a new 10k PB. I'm definitely converted"

"My brother bought me a pair of Newtons together with a copy of the book 'born to run'. It took some adjustment - they felt very weird at first. But after 3 or 4 runs I couldn't believe the difference - I've always had pains in my left knee from running but since using Newtons it's disappeared (other than the occasional flight of stairs).I can't recommend your product enough. I don't EVER provide testimonials, but the reduction in impact has been unbelievable. I'm 40 next month but my legs feel 20 years younger after a run. Keep up the good work chaps!"

"I couldn't afford a Harley Davidson so turned to triathlon at point of mid life crisis intending to complete just one - not having done any proper sport for some 23 years!December 2009 - I started running to train and my old, tired, rugby injured knees gave up within 6 x weeks of typical heel striking technique (Medial, miniscal tears in both knees). Specialist told me to stop running - full stop - but at least for an absolute minimum of 6 x months.
Stopped running for full six months and instead just cycled and swam but left entry open for a local race for June 2010.
Still entered and completed the local race here in UK (QE2 Sprint Triathlon) and loved it - even though no running made for a hard time.
Started to train more consistently afterwards as wanted to continue with the sport. Did some research and having read advertising and testimonials about Newton shoes bought a pair of Sir Isaacs and set about following instructions to try and re-engineer my running style in an effort to become a mid / forefoot 'lander' and reduce likelihood of further knee injury. (Not easy when you have been a heel striker for 45 years!)
Found shoes amazing - albeit had to do short runs to ease in - and found that they transformed my running style in what was really only a few weeks.
Wore out Sir Isaacs both training and racing and bought a pair of Gravity to train / race.
Entered exactly same race as first race only 12 months later (June 2011) that had become a qualifying event for 2011 World Triathlon Championships in Beijing.
Qualified to represent GBR as fastest qualifier from event and so will be proudly wearing your shoes at the World Tri Championships in Beijing having gone from never having been any real sort of runner, never having competed in a triathlon prior to 2010 to International representation in 2011.
But it doesn't really end there as I also qualified at the recent British Championships to represent GBR at Standard distance in the European Championships in Israel next year so your shoes will be on show there too!
Have now started saving for a pair of Distance to race in as I do still feel I can get even quicker.
Do have to say many, many thanks for the products, I am testimony to the fact that they DO, ABSLOUTELY, work!"
