Newton 24 & 8 Hours of Triathlon
Newton Running’s Ian Adamson is the founder of this Extreme Endurance Event 24 Hours of Triathlon. Athletes challenge themselves to cover as many complete “triathlon” laps as possible in 8 hours or 24 hours. This years race is September 26 - 27 in Aurora, CO.
The official charity of Newton 24 & 8 Hours of Triathlon is Racers Against Childhood Cancer (RACC). The mission of RACC is to use the passion and competitive spirit of Racers to raise money for research and the fight to defeat childhood cancer. In 2008, athletes competing in Newton 24 & 8 Hours of Triathlon raised $9,889.28 for RACC. Our goal for 2009 is $20,000.
