SELECTING A SHOE SIZE

Order your Newton shoes based on your current running shoe size. If you are deciding between half sizes or if your current running shoes are snug, we recommend going up a half size. The foot needs room to work naturally inside of the shoe, so it is important to have a half to a full thumb's width in front of your toes. If you do not have this in your current running shoes, we recommend choosing a half size larger.

If the shoes are too small, you will not be centered over the forefoot technology and the cushioning, levering and propulsion of the shoe will not be fully optimized. The perfect fit should always accommodate the larger foot if you have one foot slightly larger than the other.

Newton shoes can fit width sizes up to a D. Women with a very wide foot may want to try the men's shoe in a 1.5 size smaller. Our current models do not support widths that are DD or greater.

The following sizing charts are provided to help you select your appropriate size and to convert between different sizing models.
