EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size or model contact us right away, and we'll exchange the shoe. Please note the following:

• The shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• Please see your retailer if you purchased your shoes in a store.
• If you purchased your shoes over the phone or web, please call (01628 661 969) or email us at "Contact Us" to let us know that you need to exchange the shoes. Please have your order number available. We usually can ship out a new pair within 2 business days.
• Let us know the new size or model you would like to receive. We will ship out the new pair within 2 business days
• Pack your return shoes in their original packaging and send it back to Triathlon Consultants Ltd, Springheath House, Kelpatrick Road, Slough, SL1 6BW.
• Please include your return address.
• We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
• All returned shoes must be in brand new condition and not have been worn outside. If you require further information, please contact us. Please note that items returned as unwanted or incorrect size (but no manufacturer defect) will be postage paid, however there will be a postage admin charge deducted from any refund made (average £10).
• Wherever possible, we recommend that you purchase your shoes via one of our recommended retailers who will provide you with professional advice.
