RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

Our satisfaction guaranteed return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, simply contact us right away and tell us why you would like to return your Newton Running shoes.

The shoes can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund (shoes must be returned in their original packaging in brand new condition).

• Please see your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.
• If you purchased your shoes over the phone or web, please call (01628 661 969) or email us at "Contact Us" to let us know why you want to return the shoes and to get a return authorization.
• Pack your return in the original package.
• Please include your return address.
• Please let us know why you are returning the shoes.
• Refunds for the cost of your shoes are issued based on the original form of payment. Your account will be credited within 2 business days of receipt of the shoes to our office. Note: issuing banks vary greatly in the time they take to post refund credits. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to receive credit.
• We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
